Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using allenraysalon, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, stop using the platform immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. allenraysalon reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use allenraysalon to generate synthetic AI imagery for lawful personal or commercial purposes only. You must be 18 years of age or older to access the platform.

Prohibited Content

You must not upload images of minors under any circumstances. You must not attempt to circumvent the age-detection layer. You must not use the platform to generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real, identifiable individuals.

Any account found violating these rules is terminated immediately and permanently. Allenraysalon cooperates fully with law enforcement requests related to prohibited content.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. allenraysalon claims no intellectual property rights over your inputs or outputs. The platform's underlying model, code, and interface remain the sole property of allenraysalon.

Limitation of Liability

allenraysalon provides this service on an as-is basis. No warranty is given regarding output accuracy, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Under no circumstances is allenraysalon liable for damages exceeding the total fees you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. This limit applies to all claim types including negligence and breach of contract.

Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party infrastructure providers for compute and storage. These providers are contractually bound to the same data deletion timelines allenraysalon applies internally.

Security

allenraysalon uses TLS 1.3 for all data transfers and AES-256 encryption for files at rest during processing. All files are auto-deleted within 60 seconds of generation. No output is logged against your account.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by emailing info@allenraysalon. Requests are processed within 72 hours.

Changes to These Terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. allenraysalon will notify Pro and Ultra subscribers by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
