Data We Collect

For Starter tier users, no account is created and no personal data is collected. For paid plan subscribers, we collect your email address and payment details only.

Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor. allenraysalon never stores your full card number — only a tokenized reference is retained.

How We Use Your Data

Email addresses are used to send account confirmations, receipts, and service notifications. We do not use your email for marketing without explicit opt-in consent.

Cookies

allenraysalon uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your body type presets. No third-party advertising cookies are placed on this site.

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling session cookies will log you out after each visit — functionality is otherwise unaffected.

Data Sharing

allenraysalon does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared with third parties only where required to operate the service — payment processors and infrastructure providers — under strict contractual terms.

Security

All data transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption. Files uploaded to allenraysalon are processed in isolated compute instances and auto-deleted within 60 seconds — they are never indexed, reviewed, or stored long-term.

Account data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Access to production databases is restricted to two engineers and requires multi-factor authentication.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data allenraysalon holds about you. Submit a request to info@allenraysalon and we will info@allenraysalon.com respond within 72 hours.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to external sites. allenraysalon is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies independently before sharing any data.

Data Retention

Uploaded images are deleted within 60 seconds of generation. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated January 1, 2026. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of allenraysalon after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
